We do quality work. Our dedication to customer satisfaction is evidenced by our long and distinguished list of repeat customers throughout the years. We strongly believe in integrity, service, quality and honesty. We only use the best materials applied specifically to manufacturer’s specifications to achieve the best possible results. We don’t cut corners and always strive to perform the work on time; in a neat, clean and professional manner.
We work by appointment. Our estimates are free. We come to the property to measure and do a visual inspection in order to determine the needs and underlying conditions of the job, and calculate the amount for time and material necessary to complete the process in the time projected (weather permitting). We then prepare a custom quote/proposal for the customer, answer any questions, prepare the contracts, and schedule the work.
Yes, we offer a seven year warranty. It is covered in detail in all of our quotes.
We primarily use Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and in some instances we will use Behr
It depends on the scope of the project, and if it is an exterior of a building, it also depends on South Florida’s somewhat
unpredictable weather. We always strive to complete our projects according to our customer’s time constraints, weather permitting.
In most cases the payment terms will be 50% deposit at the start of the job and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Once the contract is signed, the colors are picked and deposit is given, the job is scheduled according to availability and customer time frames.
