​Here are some of the most common questions and answers about our South Florida painting service:

Do we include fascia boards with our quotes or is this a separate fee?

Yes. We do include the preparation and painting of fascia boards in our exterior painting quotes.

What areas do we service?

We serve the entire state of Florida. Our offices are in Plantation, Florida, and Naples, Florida, so we have easy access to the east and west coasts of Florida, including Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties as well as Lee and Collier county. We have locations in Boca Raton, Coral Springs, Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Miami, Pembroke Pines, Plantation, Pompano Beach, Sunrise, and West Palm Beach. We are willing to travel further for larger jobs.

What are your hours of operation?

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Our crews however, start much earlier in the morning and sometimes work evening and weekends, depending on customer needs and schedules.

Do we do popcorn ceiling removal?

Yes, we gladly remove popcorn ceilings on a contract basis to give your ceiling a newer and more updated look.

Can you paint occupied interior areas without having fumes?

In places where there may be a sensitivity to fumes such as hospitals, schools, nursing homes child care facilities or any areas where there may be shared A/C vents that run throughout a building, we use a zero-VOC paint.

VOC stands for Volatile Organic Compounds. This special paint gives off zero fumes so as not to affect people with allergies, or those who may be on oxygen and especially small children who may be more sensitive to any fumes.

Do we paint commercial hallways and commercial interiors?

Yes, and we do it in a neat and professional manner.

Do we strip wall coverings?

Yes. We do wallpaper removal and prepare the walls for painting.

Do you do drywall repair?

Absolutely. We can handle your drywall repair and replacement needs on a contract basis.

Can an acoustical ceiling and track be painted to achieve a uniform color?

Yes. Generally, we use a special paint known as ‘Dry Fall.’ It dries within 3 to 5 feet of the surface being painted which eliminates the concerns of unwanted paint being deposited on any other areas. Dry Fall is typically used in malls, restaurants and other commercial building applications.

What services do you provide?

We provide interior and exterior painting services and pressure cleaning for commercial, custom, hospitality, industrial, multi-family and customers throughout Florida. We also specialize in Electrostatic Painting.

What is the typical sales process/cycle?

We work by appointment. Our estimates are free. We come to the property to measure and do a visual inspection in order to determine the needs and underlying conditions of the job, and calculate the amount for time and material necessary to complete the process in the time projected (weather permitting). We then prepare a custom quote/proposal for the customer, answer any questions, prepare the contracts, and schedule the work.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we offer a seven year warranty. It is covered in detail in all of our quotes.

What kind of paint do you use?

We primarily use Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and in some instances we will use Behr

How long will our project take?

It depends on the scope of the project, and if it is an exterior of a building, it also depends on South Florida’s somewhat unpredictable weather. We always strive to complete our projects according to our customer’s time constraints, weather permitting.

What are the payment requirement for our project?

In most cases the payment terms will be 50% deposit at the start of the job and the remaining 50% upon completion.

How do we get the process started?

Once the contract is signed, the colors are picked and deposit is given, the job is scheduled according to availability and customer time frames.

Do we pressure clean before we paint?

Absolutely. Pressure Cleaning is a MUST. It is done to remove all loose and peeling paint, chalky residue and dirt in order to insure that the new paint adheres to the surface of the building.
