In 1979 at the age of 21, Mike Mulligan, Sr. opened his painting company, Mulligan Painting, Inc., focusing on commercial and residential repainting. As the business flourished, they expanded to include industrial painting and within a few years, Mulligan painting had become the premiere commercial and industrial painting contractors in South Florida. Shortly thereafter, Mulligan Painting was contracted by major billboard companies such as Lamar Advertising and Clear Channel to repaint their billboards across the country with multiple crews.
In 2001, Mulligan Painting was hired to renovate all the interior rooms and paint the exteriors of the prestigious Doral Resort and Spa (now Trump National Doral Miami). The Doral project was followed by PGA National Resort where they renovated the rooms and painted the exteriors of all the buildings. These were to be the company’s first of many hotel renovations; paving the road for future, extensive hospitality renovation contracts.
In 2011, after years of continued expansion and diversity, Mulligan Painting became Complete Structure Painting, Inc., rebranding itself to encompass the many new and different facets of the company. They designated ‘CSP, Inc’. as their hospitality division and formed a strong team of key leaders in order to continue their success while maintaining their sterling reputation. The team includes:
