Complete Structure Painting provides commercial painting services to clients in Plantation, FL, and surrounding areas. Our services are subject to the terms outlined below.
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Complete Structure Painting, you agree to receive text messages related to our services, promotions, and updates. Message and data rates may apply.
You may receive periodic messages based on your interactions with Complete Structure Painting. The frequency of messages may vary.
You can opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except for those related to service interruptions or account-related notifications.
Complete Structure Painting is not responsible for any charges incurred due to SMS communications. Check with your mobile provider for details on your plan.
All quotes and estimates provided by Complete Structure Painting are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change based on project scope and material costs.
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or check. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payments not received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Failure to remit payment may result in legal action.
Project scheduling will be arranged in consultation with the client. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Complete Structure Painting is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or other factors beyond our control.
We stand by the quality of our work. All projects come with a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If any issues arise within this period due to our work, we will address them at no additional cost.
Complete Structure Painting is not liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or abuse of our services.
Clients may cancel a project with 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled start date will incur a fee of 25% of the total project cost.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion and based on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
